Nyokki Pets

If you know Japanese, you probably had some idea of what these were from the headline. For those that don't, nyokki means grow in Japanese, and that can mean only one thing — cool little plant-haired buddies with which to entertain yourself. Nyokki Pets ($20, set of 2) feature one of five happy animal faces on the side of an egg shaped planter. The grass seeds inside grow to full-height in around two weeks, you can then style it or cut it off and watch it grow back.
