The Amp ($25,000 plus the cost of the Sky) is an all-electric conversion of the Saturn Sky, the funky-logo'd cousin to the Pontiac Solstice. Featuring a zero-to-60 time of 5.7 seconds and a top speed of 90 mph, the Amp is no slouch, and it can run for 150 miles per charge, emitting zero emissions and costing only 3 cents per mile to drive. It's the most affordable eco-friendly drop-top we've seen yet.
