Uncrate revamp

It may be 90° at Uncrate HQ today, but it's still officially Spring time. So we decided to do some Spring cleaning and spruce up the site a bit. (Note: You may need to empty your web browser's cache to see everything displayed correctly.) We added a new search field, a big Web 2.0-ish footer, a temporary label for our girls at Outblush, and made the right column wider. We also created a dedicated page for companies looking to advertise on Uncrate. We haven't really pushed it before, but we gots to pay our bills and bar tabs.
