While it may not retain the title of "Worlds Smallest LED Wristwatch" forever, it certainly deserves the title for now. The Saishin Retsu LED Watch from Tokyoflash ($130) sports diminutive measurements of 25mm x 30mm x 8mm, along with an interesting way to tell time. A row of LEDs numbered from 1 to 0 light up in succession, stopping on the appropriate number, and then repeat the process for the rest of the digits in the current time. It also comes with a black suede strap, a nice, subtle complement to the LEDs on the face.
