Amber Block Lamp
One of our favorite lamps is getting a color update. The Amber Block Lamp ($160; May 2008) is a new version of Harri Koskinen's Block Lamp, featuring amber-colored glass that has not been sand-blasted, along with a matching brown textile cord. The lamp gives off ambient light by using a low-wattage bulb encased between two pieces of solid glass, and has been featured in museums worldwide.
