If you're going to go to the trouble of having sushi at home, you might as well do it in style. The Leonhard Pfeifer Sushi Tray ($78) consists of two treated wood plates that are connected with a brushed stainless steel serving tray. The wooden trays have slots for chopsticks and a dipping well. We feel lucky to have found this tray, as we've searched for a couple months now and didn't see hardly anything that didn't have over-the-top Japanese calligraphy all over it.
