Xmods

These 1:28 scale remote controlled cars are just about the coolest toys ever made. The super small and fully customizable Xmods ($30-$50) feature 30,000 rpm electric motors, working headlights and taillights, and fully independent front and rear suspensions. There are several starter models to choose from, including the Hummer H2, Ford Mustang GT, '67 Pontiac Firebird, Mitsubishi Lancer Evo VIII, Subaru Impreza WRX, Acura NSX, and Nissan Skyline GT-R. But the best part of being an Xmodder is the plethora of cheaply-priced add-on parts that you can buy to hop up your ride. We're eyeing a new body kit ($5), motor upgrade ($10), drifting tire set ($5) and the all-wheel drive kit ($10) for our Evo.
