Heavy-Weight Tape Dispenser

Perturbed by all the craptastic tape dispensers out there, London-based designers Daniel Black and Martin Blum decided to make one that was a little more hardcore. Their retro-styled Heavy-Weight Tape Dispenser ($60) has a 3-pound cast zinc body that's heavy enough for one-hand use, while its forged stainless steel blade is sharp enough to cut small trees.
