As overly expensive as their watches, the Tag Heuer Meridiist ($5,300-$6,100; Sept. 08) is the company's first luxury mobile phone. Made of corrosion-resistant, watch-making 316L steel with your choice of crocodile, leather or rubber backing, the Meridiist features a 1.9-inch QVGA main display, monochrome OLED screen on top, a 2-megapixel camera, Bluetooth, MP3/AAC/MPEG-4 playback, and a 7-hour talk time. A solid set of features, but this thing better stop back-hair growth and dispense unlimited Heineken at this price range. [via]
