After playing around in his post-Play efforts, Moby goes back to his roots with his new release Wait For Me ($14; June 30). Recorded in his lower east side studio by himself and mixed using purely analog equipment in true stereo, the new album was inspired by a David Lynch presentation about creativity, and eschews big-name collaborators for small-time local artists. If the first video — which was created by Lynch himself — is any indication, you'll be hearing a lot more of this album in the near future.
