Every once in a while an album appears at just the right time. Gloriously upbeat but never overbearing, In Ghost Colours ($10), the second album from Australian band Cut Copy, has taken the early lead in the race for "Summertime Album of the Year," thanks to its terrific mix of pop and rock, with plenty of 80's-style synth thrown in for good measure. Standout Tracks: "Lights & Music," "Hearts on Fire," "Far Away."
