Night of the Living Dead 40th Anniversary Edition
The one that started it all. George A. Romero's Night of the Living Dead single handedly created the zombie genre, and with the 40th Anniversary Edition ($14), the walking undead have never looked so good. Totally remastered, the fleshtacular special edition DVD includes a new feature-length documentary, new audio commentaries, a Q&A with Romero, the theatrical trailer, and the original script (DVD-ROM). Also available this month is the not-so-classic, Cloverfield-esque Diary of the Dead ($18).
