The You Bar Build-A-Bar ($40/12 bars) lets you make up your own energy/breakfast bar with any of number of different ingredients, like peanut butter, honey, dried bananas, and granola. You supply the name for your bar, which gets printed on the wrapper. It's a great way to make sure you're eating exactly what you want.
