Nike+ Human Race

Grab your iPod nano and your best pair of swoosh sneakers, and get ready for the world's biggest one-day running event. The Nike+ Human Race is the company's first global 10K event, with a goal of having one million runners competing across the world, in cities like LA, New York, London, Madrid, Paris, Istanbul, Melbourne, Shanghai, São Paulo and Vancouver. Each city will also host its own post-race concert, with names like Kayne West (LA), Moby (London), and Fall Out Boy (Chicago) scheduled to appear. As with any good global event, runners will be able to run for one of three official charity partners: the Lance Armstrong Foundation, the WWF, and the UN refugee agency's ninemillion.org campaign.
