Harpoon Summer Beer

At last night's unofficial Uncrate beer tasting, we searched for a new beer for Summer of '06. We tried six different beers, and came up with one clear favorite. Harpoon Summer Beer (around $10 a six-pack) pours a golden straw color, with a good aroma and a white head. Its drinkability was unmatched among the beers we tried, with a citrus-noted, slightly hoppy flavor, and a clean finish. For sure, it will be a staple of our Summer cookouts for the rest of the year.
