Utilizing 2.4GHz wireless technology, the Altus system can push audio from the source of your choice, be it a stereo, TV, or iPod, to a maximum of eight separate speakers around your house, letting you "Party in the USA" no matter where you are. Plenty of rock compilations sport amp-styled boxes, but the AC/DC Backtracks Deluxe Edition ($240) is the first we know of to sport an actual working amp. This comprehensive set includes 47 of the band's studio and live rarities, remastered for maximum audio quality, and spread across three CDs and one LP, two DVDs — Family Jewels Vol. 3 and Live at the Circus Krone, a 164-page AC/DC coffee table book, and original memorabilia reproductions. While we wouldn't recommend picking up the torch of any of the noble hellraisers mentioned within, Outlaws!: Adventures of Pirates, Scoundrels, and Other Rebels ($30) might certainly tempt you to do so. This 240-page ode to the outsider chronicles the adventures — and motives — of such famed and feared rebels as Jesse James, Wyatt Earp and Doc Holliday, IRA-activist Bobby Sands, and more, explaining their plight, problems, and persecution in charmingly warm detail.

It takes a certain type of attitude to pull off Oakley's most aggressive designs, but if you've got it — and a large wad of cash — you're going to love the new Oakley Elite Collection ($500-$4,000). Featuring the big O's most daring designs and innovative technologies, the Elite Collection includes the hard-core first responder Assault Boot, the Swiss-made automatic Time Bomb II watch, the Romeo-inspired, rugged Pit Boss sunglasses, and the mother of all Oakleys, the carbon fiber-bodied, polarized C Six.

Tyson, Foreman, Frazier — they all take a backseat when it comes to the revered Muhammad Ali, and now you can strut around your home with the same swagger as the Champ in the Muhammad Ali Robe ($100; December 1). A recreation of Ali's iconic robe, this comfy, hooded velour cover features Ali's name across the back in bold, imposing capitals — just like the original — as well as his "float like a butterfly, sting like a bee" catchphrase embroidered on the front pocket. The Veritas RS III ($TBA) is a throw back to Germany's first Formula I car, complete with an open-air single-person cockpit, vicious, car-eating looks, a BMW V10 pumping out 507 hp, a top speed of around 215 mph, Recaro seat(s), Brabham Racing perforated ceramic disc brakes, and the feeling that only comes from driving a car built by hand. Just get your wallet prepared, because truth on wheels surely isn't cheap.

Tackle the great outdoors -- or just yard work -- in the coldest of weather in the Timberland Utility Jacket ($150). With straightforward looks, it's not exactly a flashy piece of outerwear, but it does the job, with a rugged cotton twill outer, nylon polin and polyester fleece lining, a front zipper with button flap cover for added wind protection, dual snap-close side pockets and two cargo-style chest pockets, slightly distressed details for a worn-in look, and stitched down shoulder epaulettes.
