I would look at Ross. I found a pair of Diesel aviators there once for $30. Their selection will vary and you may have to check back multiple times, but their prices can't be beat.
If you shop at Marshall's, you can find brands like Tommy Hilfiger, Kenneth Cole, Fossil, and Armani Exchange all under $30 in various styles. Its the only place I buy sunglasses, and if I get them there I don't quite mind so much if the dog gets at them, or the kids...
If you live anywhere near NYC, and happen to come in for a day, there are tons of people here that just sell cheap sunglasses on the street for literally $5, any more and you're being scammed. They don't break so quickly if you're careful with them and if you can't afford a premium brand yet I think you can still look like a million bucks! And I picked up this awesome pair of white aviators. It may be incredibly cheap, but if you're on a student budget, it works.

If you're willing to spend just a little bit more (40.00) you can grab a pair of American Optical aviators. They're military spec, and basically indestructible. They come in straight and curved temple styles and 3 different lens diameters.
cheap aviators will be cheap aviators... i second the american optical.. great shades and have lasted for 3 years.. and thats with my kids wearing them in the car.

Some of the best bang for your buck I've found are from Randolf. They make the legit army surplus ones. Great quality for the price.
