With arms at your side, you should be showing 1/2" of shirt sleeve. The jacket sleeve should end at your wrist bone and the shirt sleeve should take up the rest of that arm real estate.
Don't forget to keep the collar in line also. About 1/2" is the general rule here as well.

I try to go for about 1 inch when my elbows are bent at 90 degrees. If this permits about 1/4 inch of your cuff to be visible with your arms at your side, you're good to go.
