I enjoy the simply and elegant designs at Restoration Hardware or even the sheets at Ralph Lauren. But if you're looking for a bargain, Target has some complete sets that won't break the bank.
You might try West Elm for some contemporary/less feminine bedding.

Depending on how much you want to spend, I would suggest Westin Hotel products. They are the best sheets I have ever purchased and they last forever.
I'd go with "W Hotels linens"http://www.whotelsthestore.com/. They are fairly masculine in design.
Chaps by Ralph Lauren is always a wise choice, available at Kohls and Dillards stores.
Unison makes some very stylish bedding. I would recommend buying from Nest-Living too, great service and good prices.
Check Bluefly Honestly, I've always felt that the best linens are worth paying a little extra for, considering how much time you spend in bed. They have some good deals on expensive brands like Frette, Bellino, & Signoria di Firenze. Get a good quality set of Italian linens (or two) and you'll be amazed at how well you sleep after that. Classic white or Ivory sheets are the go-to colors in my book.
Restoration Hardware; simply cut and while expensive are awesome to sleep on.

Brands like Nautica and Tommy Hilfiger are a good place to start. Most major chains carry them too.
