Also check overstock.com, target.com, and bestbuy.com for good deals. They have been going down in price so you should be able to find a good deal somewhere...
I buy almost all my electronics from newegg.com. This website has great filters to find exactly what you're looking for, with the addition of many useful consumer reviews.

I've gotten a few frames for myself and for family/friends in the past. My favorite one is the eStarling ImpactV. (http://www.estarling.com/) It's priced pretty low, looks good, and along with built in wifi provides free uploading via email or their site. Great for being able to have multiple people continue to update the frame with new pictures remotely.
Another frame that is priced well and looks good is the Gigantor frame http://www.thinkgeek.com/electronics/digital-photo-frames/96a6/. It's a 15" frame which makes the photos easy to see from a distance as opposed to most frames which seem to be around 8 inches.
