I recently tried a drink called Brain Toniq and it really cleared my head. Only tried it once so far.
Taking a Vitamin B complex (i.e. containing a mix of all of the standard B vitamins) can be useful to boost energy naturally. Technically, these are the same B vitamins found in stuff like that 5 Hour shot (?) that tastes like feet. But, taking the B complex in gel cap form obtained from vitamin stores or Whole Foods is a better and safer alternative.

"BrainToniq": http://braintoniq.com/. It's amazing. Miracle drink and it tastes amazing. Will wake you up and sharpen your mental faculties. I also recommend fish oil. I used Coromega. It's very concentrated (2g per packet) and absorbs quickly as well as odor free and being fine on an empty stomach. Hope this helps!
